Devon's Laurel project features the conversion of an abandoned Pace Warehouse. However the existing was significantly larger than the mini-storage requirements and included two existing tenants. The design solution requires that the office feature be located along the frontage road a significant distance from the main gate to the interior climate controlled unites as well as the traditional exterior units.
