Devon Self Storage acquired the abandoned Pace building on South Boulevard.The existing building has been adapted to become a climate controlled self storage facility featuring a unique dirve-thru loading and unloading capability. Traditional mini storage buildings were being built on the parking lots. SAA Architecture LLC. was selected after the previous Land Planning firm was unable to secure reasonable re-zoning conditions and setbacks. SAA Architecture LLC. negotiated with the zoning authorities and was successful in negotiating reductions in the setback requirements.
