Gateway 270 Buildings
This is the largest of a three building complex being developed by The John Akridge Companies. A total of 251,400 square feet will be ready for delivery by March, 2000. These tilt-up structures use large expanses of glass and detailed entry features to achieve a downtown officefeel in this suburban, industrial park. The buildings are 24' clear with rear loading facilities.
This building was selected by the TCA (Tilt-Up Concrete Association for a national design Award in 2001.
