Daycon Products/Stenley Foods

This 2-story corporate headquarters and distribution facility is a 40,000 s.f. concrete Tilt-Up design. The exterior makes imaginative use of Daycon’s corporate colors in the green glazing and accent stripe. When Daycon’s success led them to out grow their building, they were acquired by Stanley Foods. Stephens Architectural Associates was selected to design the planned modifications including 10,000 s.f. of refrigerated space.
