John J. Kirlin Building

Located at 515 Dover Road, this building was originally planned as a speculative multi-tenant industrial building. However it became a build- to-suit corporation headquarters during the final stages of construction document completion. The two story design allowed development of 40,000 s.f. of office space on the second floor. A two story entry foyer provides space for a monumental stair and elevator that access the upper level offices. The main level includes space for small parts storage and service technician dispatch areas. The flexible design is allowing John J. Kirlin to sublet space on the first level until needed by the company for their future growth.
